The Hospice care team provides compassionate care for people in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. All Hospice Care is provided within the comfort of each Millennium Memory Care Facility.
Palliative Care at Millennium Memory Care
Palliative Care at Millennium Memory Care is offered within each facility. Trained staff are available to assist with taking medicines and use other methods prescribed by the team to manage health conditions that do not yet qualify as Hospice Care. The team provides ongoing support to the patient as well as family members and loved ones to ensure physical and emotional comfort.
